The Astina Group is a privately owned property group based in Western Sydney, with a key focus on property development, investment and building management.

With a multitude of completed commercial and residential projects, we are looking for a motivated contract administrator to work within our multi-residential team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • All-encompassing role covering all areas of residential contract administration.
  • Ability to complete estimating and preparing BOQ and takes offs.
  • The preparation, administration and negotiation of tender documents and contracts with subcontractors / suppliers, with the ability to identify opportunities and risk.
  • Strong procurement knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of project budgets and programming (project cost control and deliverables).
  • Managing the progress claim process.
  • Maintaining and promoting a positive safety culture.

Essential:

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in similar contract administrator role with a focus on residential construction.
  • Diploma / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management.
  • Must be able to operate within Procore.
