We're looking for a Junior Customer Solutions Engineer to help our merchants deliver seamless return experiences. We are looking for someone who is equal parts technical problem-solver and customer champion

You'll help drive;

  • Merchant onboarding:

guide merchants from kickoff to go-live. Capture requirements, solution mapping, test plans, UAT, and launch checklists.
- Technical troubleshooting (no heavy coding):

reproduce issues, answer integration related queries and isolate whether problems are configuration, partner, or product.
- Be the technical voice in pre-sales:

run discovery, tailor demos/sandboxes, and translate requirements into clear integration plans.
- Translate requirements to product:

capture merchant needs as clear use cases, file feature requests, and partner with Product on prioritisation.
- Documentation & enablement:

create concise documentation for our clients, integration guides, and internal playbooks others can follow.
- Measure outcomes:

track time-to-live, adoption of new features and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.

You'll thrive if you have;

  • API literacy :

comfortable with reading API docs and understanding auth and webhooks
- Great communication

: you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate this to clear documentation
- Workflow thinking:

can diagram flows, edge cases, and dependencies, then turn them into test plans and checklists.
- Bias to action & ownershi
