You'll take projects from concept through detailed design and costing, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for our customers.This is an opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to shape the next generation of distributed energy solutions — working alongside a collaborative, passionate team that values innovation, technical excellence, and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical design and decision-making for commercial-scale battery systems, optimising cost, performance, and reliability.Develop detailed electrical and system designs in accordance with Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee Safety in Design assessments and lead technical review meetings for commercial battery and solar projects.Contribute to PV and energy solution tender processes, including concept design, detailed documentation, and budget development.Partner with Business Development to shape compelling technical and commercial offers for customers.Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver practical, cost-effective, customer-focused solutions.About YouYou're an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of renewable energy systems and a passion for sustainable innovation.
