As our operations grow, we're looking for a skilled and proactive Supply & Logistics Manager to join our team and take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations.
The Role
This is a key leadership position overseeing all aspects of supply chain and logistics, including both local and international freight, as well as warehouse operations and inventory control. You'll work closely with our roasting, finance, and wholesale teams to ensure product moves efficiently from origin to cup.
Responsibilities
- Manage international green coffee shipments and customs clearance
- Oversee local logistics for roasted coffee and equipment
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain optimal stock levels of green coffee, packaging, and retail items
- Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfilment
- Lead and support warehouse staff and logistics partners
- Monitor and analyse freight and storage costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export, food safety, and workplace safety regulations
- Implement systems to streamline workflows and improve traceability
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and importing processes
- Hands-on warehouse experience and team leadership
- Confidence using inventory and logistics platforms (e.g. DEAR, Unleashed, Cin7, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing/logistics preferred
- A genuine interest in specialty coffee is a bonus

Pay: $76,500.00 per year
