**The Opportunity**:
Due to internal movement, our head office in Fairfield is looking for an Inventory Supply Planner to work in our national parts team. This role's primary objective is to improve customer satisfaction while maintaining control of fast-moving inventory and achieving operational targets. A key focus for this role is to understand opportunities to optimise planning processes and propose strategic improvements (including system settings, sales and operation planning, lead time analysis, inventory reporting) to ensure continuous improvements are implemented.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain operational targets, including excess, policy fill, forecast accuracy, off-shelf availability, and total inventory.
- Conduct root cause analysis and countermeasures to improve inventory position.
- Analyse and identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory and maintain healthy inventory levels
- Engage, maintain and support regional sales/customer planning activities.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of standard operating procedures.

**Role Located**: Fairfield Office (Monday - Friday, standard office hours, two days WFH)

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering or similar or relevant experience,
- Inventory management experience including recent graduates
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Intrinsically motivated with proven time management skills to prioritise and deliver routine tasks
- Strong Excel skills, PowerPoint skills are preferred.
- Sound knowledge of MRP system calculations
