ILS has evolved over the last 19 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 showrooms and over 800+ team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RTW, WHS & Quality Coordinator to join our team and support the health, safety, and quality standards that underpin everything we do.

About the Role

Reporting to the National WHS Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our return-to-work, safety, and quality management programs across our national operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about creating safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate early intervention and injury management programs
  • Develop and monitor compliant return-to-work plans
  • Liaise with insurers, employees, and managers to facilitate effective RTW outcomes
  • Maintain and improve our Quality Management System (QMS), including document control
  • Manage safety culture administration, training compliance, and reporting
  • Assist in WHS investigations, incident reporting, and risk management
  • Drive continuous improvement and support a culture of safety and accountability

About You

  • Experience in RTW coordination, WHS, or quality management
  • Strong understanding of relevant WHS and Workers Compensation legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
