What is the role?

AUR has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Hosting Administrator. If you are looking to kick start your career in administration or have a passion for data and processes, then this opportunity is for you.

Your role is responsible for accurately entering, processing and creating product and promotional data within our internal host management system whilst maintaining data integrity. You will help independent retailers by generating weekly host files containing information to successfully run a supermarket, including promotions and product changes. This involves responding to queries via phone and email to provide advice.

What will give you the extra edge?

  • Prior data entry or administration experience preferred.
  • Intermediate excel skills highly desired, including the ability to work with multiple worksheets and perform VLOOKUP's and IF statements. Training is available to the right candidate.
  • Retail Industry experience preferred.
