The Role
The principal purpose of the role is to provide technical and product expertise to customers to facilitate the comprehensive delivery and support of the RME solution. Critical to the success of this role is building solid relationships with RM clients and the RM Dev Team, a solid understanding of the RME product, and the management of Project and Support Desk tickets related bugs, queries and other tasks.

**What you'll do**:

- Design, write, deploy and test custom scripts for RMPL clients
- Participate in, and provide support for data migration tasks as part of project delivery
- Complete scheduled tasks related to the management of hosted RME clients, including, OS updates, system checks, reporting, etc.

**What you'll bring with you**:
Tertiary qualification in IT and/ or will have relevant industry experience in the areas below:

- IT Help Desk/Support
- Technical Consultant
- Junior Software Developer
- Experience working with JavaScript, XML and/or JSON. Knowledge of Atlassian products would be advantageous
- Proven experience working with relational databases, especially Oracle and SQL Server, and/or in contributing in maintaining a knowledge base and/or support documentation
- Knowledge of or experience working in the Australian education and/research sectors would be advantageous
