We are looking for a friendly and detail-driven Administration Officer to join the dynamic Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) team on a casual basis. Based primarily at GESAC, you'll be part of a collaborative admin team supporting members, staff and the day-to-day operations of our three sites.
Key responsibilities include:
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will:
- Handle customer enquiries across phone, email and in-person.
- Process membership requests, cancellations, credits, and refunds.
- Manage and maintain customer account details.
- Respond to and resolve billing enquiries and disputes and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations across GEL facilities.
About You
You are a natural problem-solver with strong admin skills and a passion for great service. You are confident communicating with a wide range of people and comfortable handling sensitive or complex enquiries with care and professionalism.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in administration, customer service, or membership-based accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capabilities.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Confidence with systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
