**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Field Planning and Sales Coordinator to join our Pet Specialty team. This role will involve providing administrative and functional support to the Nestle Purina Petcare (NPP) Generating Demand team of Sales & MDO, by managing key processes, facilitating administrative activity, and supporting key initiatives.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager - Field Sales, day-to-day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- **
Field planning (50% of time)**: Management of AFS / Exceedra and Quantium data tool. Including master data ownership, product data management, AFS question ownership & management, AFS dashboard ownership, training lead, troubleshooting issues for TSMs.
- Ownership of field uniforms, manuals, execution of new processes.
- ** Sales (25% of time)**: Work with Account Teams to prepare Field Documentation and Cycle Decks.
- Support with the National EXPOs and conference management, including tools required, material creation, printing and trade show set up.
- ** General Admin Support (15% of time)**: Assist with New Employee setup and inductions.
- As the key organiser, coordinate agenda’s, rooms, food/drink, and minutes.
- Responsible for the creation and ownership of all purchase orders created for field sales, including correct cost centre assignment, vendor setup and maintenance.
- ** Travel, diary and expense management for Head of Pet Specialty & Head of Grocery Sales (10% of time)**: Effective management of diary including rescheduling and cancellation of appointments/meetings for GD leads.
- Timely expense management, travel booking and Concur management.
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations.
**What will make you successful**
- Armed with at least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or sales (ideally FMCG), you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have effective time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Possess excellent written communication skills and demonstrated ability to proof read and edit documents effectively.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with tools like Exceedra, Quantium and Concur will be advantageous.
- Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key as you will be dealing with a number of business units.
