Sales Role for Natural Connectors – Help Local Businesses Grow Online

We're Growing Join the Zeal Digital Team as a Business Development Manager.

This is a full-time,
on-site role in Parramatta, Sydney.

If you get a buzz from turning a no into a tell me more, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Actually Be Doing


• Work warm and referral leads(no random cold lists).


• Pitch SEO, Google Ads & website packages that deliver results.


• Manage your own pipeline from first chat to client win.


• Collaborate with SEO, PPC & web teams so every promise becomes delivery.


• Earn well – strong base, uncapped commission, and recognition for every win.

Who you are


• 1–3 years in sales or account management (digital, SaaS, telco or similar).


• Curious, confident and coachable. You like learning what makes people say yes.


• B2B and marketing savvy (ideally within digital marketing or related services).


• Exceptional communicator (comfortable on the phone and in person).


• Have a valid driver's licence and vehicle for client visits.


• Comfortable in a Parramatta office culture – quick banter, real conversations, no egos
