
Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing reception area, including monitoring of business emails.
- Weekly Debtors, Creditors and Payroll processing.
- Administration of databases, including Workforce One and Xero.
- HR processes and record keeping.
- Internal auditing of OHS and QMS systems.
- Supporting our social media channels.
- Supporting two other offices in Tasmania.
- Ability to work closely with the General Manager.
Key Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of Cert III in Business or equivalent industry experience.
- Working with Vulnerable Persons card (WWVP).
- Mental Health First Aid certificate.
