As a Recruitment Administration Officer, you will provide an efficient and professional frontline administration service for the Human Resources team, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment.
- Providing a central point of contact for recruitment enquiries
- Drafting and publishing job adverts
- Administering the Employment Screening process, including organising requisite compliance, background, and reference checks
- Monitor feedback on online job boards
- Effectively and accurately completing other Human Resources administrative processes.

**About You**
As someone customer focussed with a ‘can do’ attitude and an engaging and enthusiastic manner, you will have proven administration experience and be looking for a challenge. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to learn new job-related skills and to work in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills and have the ability to adapt to new platforms
- The ability to manage varying tasks and competing priorities
- Knowledge and experience in general administration processes

**For this role you will need to**:

- Complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Be eligible to work in Australia
