We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Retail Support Office team, based in St Leonard's Tasmania. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives on keeping things organised, and takes pride in delivering excellent support to colleagues and customers.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and a key player in keeping our office running smoothly. Your day will include:
Answering and directing phone calls with a friendly, professional manner
Creating purchase orders and processing supplier invoices
Managing and updating spreadsheets for various business needs
Handling electronic filing and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
You will bring:
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to others
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changes within the business.A positive, team-focused attitude and good worth ethics
