We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, managing documentation, and working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with warehouse administration experience who values variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is happy to lend a hand in the warehouse when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the Warehouse team.
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner
  • Accurately complete data entry and maintain records in warehouse systems.
  • Assist with stock control, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve queries.
  • Jump in when needed — from putting stock away to lending a hand with pick and pack.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous administration experience in a warehouse, logistics or FMCG environment (preferred).
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
