We are looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join a growing organisation that values experience and is well respected in the wellbeing industry.

You will deliver front of house support services to both internal customers and external clients. We are keen to utilise your customer service and administration skills and represent the brand of Human Psychology to help people Think, Feel and Perform better.

This opportunity is part time employment of 2 days per week.

**What you’ll bring**

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- An amazing phone manner
- Experience with practice management software will be advantageous
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, WORD and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
