We're seeking a skilled
Facilitator
to deliver our advanced learning experiences to audiences across Australia. This role involves
extensive travel
to multiple locations, engaging directly with teams across the country.

  • Facilitate dynamic, outcome-focused workshops across leadership development, complex sales, and stakeholder influence.
  • Translate behavioural science insights into practical, easy-to-use tools for participants.
  • Engage with a range of participants including senior leaders and executives, creating safe yet challenging learning environments.
  • Bring creativity, energy, and storytelling to learning experiences, ensuring messages stick.

What do I need?

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or programs for corporate or executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of leadership, coaching, or sales enablement.
  • Confidence in presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of behavioural economics, psychology, or decision-making frameworks (advantageous).
  • A degree in finance, business, or a related field, or extensive leadership experience within banking is desired.
  • Ability to balance professional credibility with engaging delivery (bonus if you can weave in humour or storytelling).
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Australia.
