**Manager, Performance Reporting, **BT Financial Control & Reporting**

**How will I help?**

BTFG brings together Platforms, Personal and Corporate Super, and Investments businesses held by the Westpac Group. We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner, FP&A Manager or Performance Reporting Manager to join our Sydney Finance Team on a permanent basis.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the month end reporting process for BT including reporting to Specialist Business Division (SBD) Finance and the BT Leadership team
- Identifying areas of insight and advising (as required) on actual performance against plan & forecasts, investigate variances & providing insightful commentary on the same.
- Assisting with the preparation of legal entity forecasts
- Assisting with the production of the ASX reporting requirements
- Undertaking peer review reporting and analytics against BT’s major competitors in the Wealth industry
- Assisting with the co-ordination of the quarterly forecast process for BT, acting as a valuable link between SBD Finance and the various finance teams within BT; consolidating, analysing and critically reviewing forecast data

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or equivalent (CA desirable)
- 6+ years’ experience of financial control, business partnering or financial planning & analysis within the Wealth Management space
- Working knowledge of TM1 and Oracle GL or similar GL
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Previous experience in financial control or performance reporting
- Baseline understanding of the performance drivers of the wealth management industry
