This is a highly visible role in a flexible, global environment where you'll develop talent, drive performance, and build scalable programs that create lasting change.

  • Drive Performance: Facilitate regular team meetings to review performance, celebrate wins, and identify development needs. Leverage conversation intelligence tools to evaluate sales skills and continuously improve processes.
  • Lead Strategy: Work with the Director of Global Enablement to recommend GTM strategy and design specific enablement plans that support successful execution. Identify performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Enable Across Functions: Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, People & Culture, and sales leadership to align on initiatives, manage change, and build best practices that scale globally.
  • Measure Impact: Evaluate program effectiveness by tracking key metrics and KPIs that drive productivity and sales outcomes. Use Salesforce data to enable high performance and accurate forecasting.

Why You'll Love This

Join a global, diverse team that values impact, collaboration, and professional growth. You'll have the opportunity to influence GTM Sales strategy, build scalable programs that create real change, and develop talent across regions. If you're energised by helping others succeed and driving organisational performance, this is your role.
