About the Role

Join PAINTNCOLOUR as a Technical Officer / Sales Area Manager based out of our Willawong (QLD 4110) branch.

This full-time position plays a key role in supporting both our sales team and tinting operations — ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service and expert technical support to our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and product support to customers on the selection and application of our paint and coating systems.
  • Manage and coordinate communication with internal teams and external customers on long-term projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share insights with the sales team and clients.
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including product data sheets and technical specifications.
  • Deliver colour matching support and paint formulation assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Relevant technical qualifications or significant experience in industrial and/or automotive coatings.
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to deliver clear, practical technical advice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Sound understanding of paint application processes and paint failure analysis.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach with the flexibility to take on varied tasks.
