As part of an international tyre manufacturing and distribution organisation, Kumho Tyre Australia is a leading supplier of quality tyres to the Australian market with sales and distribution networks in all states.

The role..

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Office Clerk manages all the paperwork associated with the transportation of tyres in and out of the facility. A large part of the role is interfacing with our customers collecting tyres. This requires someone who loves customer interaction and gets huge satisfaction from helping them feel a treasured part of our business

What you'll be doing..

  • Raising paperwork for transport companies
  • Processing stock receipts
  • Invoicing goods for dispatch
  • Liaising with transport companies
  • Processing stock movements within our computer system
  • Working closely with our warehouse and sales teams to ensure quick efficient processing of orders and queries
  • Assist with safety issues
  • Assist with new staff orientation
  • Interacting with customers collecting tyres
  • General administration duties

What you'll need to bring along..

  • Experience in Excel & Word to intermediate standard
  • Experience with SAP would be ideal
  • Previous warehouse, wholesale or logistics experience
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • The ability to work unsupervised as part of our team
  • Customer service skills
  • And of course – an energetic and happy outlook on work and life
