State Support Coordinator (Sales & Admin)

As part of an international tyre manufacturing and distribution organisation, Kumho Tyre Australia is a leading supplier of quality tyres to the Australian market with sales and distribution networks in all states.

The role

We require a State Support Coordinator to ensure the efficient coordination of a number of Administration and Sales functions for our state Office including:

Administration:

o   Manage and update customer account information

o   Maintain and update pricing structures and stock information

o   Provide administration and sales support to the State Sales Reps

o   Coordinate, manage and maintain  the Safety systems, processes and meetings

o   Provide support to new team members with inductions/training

o   Coordinate and manage the  premise's facilities maintenance

Sales

o   Answer phone calls from customers for tyre orders

o   Process orders in our system to generate invoicing and delivery

o   Provide sales support for customers; handling and resolving queries

o   Maintain excellent relationships with tyre dealers

The skills and experience

To be successful you will need to bring along

ü  Office Administration experience and qualifications

ü  Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel to intermediate level

ü  Excellent communication skills

ü  Sales and customer service skills

ü  Previous SAP experience an advantage
