About the role

Are you an organized and efficient Customer Service Coordinator looking for an exciting new opportunity? As a Customer Service Coordinator at Grace, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Willawong, Queensland and involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our client-facing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Assisting with the processing and tracking of client orders, invoices, and other documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the sales and account management teams, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall client experience
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
