About the role

Are you passionate about driving marketing excellence and embedding a culture of continuous learning and development? We're looking for a Marketing Capability Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that equip our teams with the skills to create innovative, customer-centric brand strategies and campaigns.

You'll develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to varying levels of experience, from junior marketers to senior leaders. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, you will help embed best practices and drive impactful marketing strategies which are closely aligned with our business objectives.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs covering areas such as brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, campaign planning and execution, digital marketing and performance measurement.
  • Tailor content to suit different experience levels and leverage diverse learning formats, including workshops, e-learning, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Localise and launch the Learning & Development Hub for Marketing in Australia, promoting its adoption across teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional forums and build best-practice communities to foster peer-to-peer learning and collaboration.
  • Identify skill gaps within the marketing function and develop targeted training solutions to address them.
  • Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to source and integrate best-in-class learning solutions.
  • Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve training programs and define KPIs to measure their effectiveness.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional who is passionate about capability development, a true team player and thrives on enabling others to succeed. You will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field will be highly desirable.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in various marketing disciplines across marketing strategy and operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health sectors.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering marketing training in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design across various delivery formats.
  • Creative thinker who understands real-world Marketing challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong project management and organisational change management experience with a track record of driving tangible results for the business.
