We are looking for an organised, proactive individual, who enjoys multi-tasking, to join our operations team as Office Assistant.

About the role _

  • Reception & Front-of-House
  • Manage reception areas across two offices, including phone lines, deliveries, mail, and supplier coordination.

  • Meeting room and parking management.

  • Office & Facilities Management

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment and communal spaces.
  • Manage facilities and suppliers.

  • Waste management.

  • IT Coordination

  • In-house coordination of IT helpdesk as required.

  • IT hardware coordination and asset control.

  • Team Support & General Admin

  • Support onboarding of new team members, including workspace and equipment setup.
  • Assist with special projects, team events, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

About you

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude - no job too small
  • Experience in similar role a plus.
