This is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your efficient and high quality **Executive Assistant** and communication skills and be part of a dedicated team, as you support the CEO and Chairman. You'll have the chance to join a very well established and professional property investment organisation based in Botany. With **parking provided** and a wonderful team to work with your day will be rewarding as you tick off your daily tasks. **Hours 9.30am to 5.30pm**. There is also an option to work 1 day from home.

Responsibilities include:

- Diary Management
- Preparation of correspondence via microsoft office suite
Incoming Mail/phone call management
- Travel arrangements and Dinner reservations
- Assisting Directors with Community organisation meetings and compiling meeting papers
- General reconciliations (including Credit Cards)
- Compiling monthly Board papers
- Taking minutes at Board meetings
- Preparation of boardroom for meetings - including catering
- Co-ordinating and preparation of weekly team meeting papers
- Fleet management administration
- Managing office equipment and supplies

**Property and investments**
- Liaising with solicitors with preparation and execution of tenant leases
- Keeping record of executed leases, variations and relevant supporting documents
- Keeping records and follow up of tenant bonds and bank guarantees
- Processing receipts or other adjustments in the system in support of the team from time to time
- Maintaining and updating website for property locations

**Workers Compensation**
- First Aid Officer (to be trained)
- Maintain injury log
- Notify Insurer of injury
- Completion and lodgement of claim forms
- Forwarding of all medical bills and medical certificates to Insurer
- Liaise with Insurer, Doctor, Rehabilitation provider and worker
- Reply to Solicitors letters
- Preparation of documents for court cases

If you have a **minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant** and a proactive, positive, professional attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Basic bookkeeping and reconciliation skills is also preferable.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
