**The Opportunity**

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide support and guidance on all aspects of the company, its leadership team, the Board, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Management of complex diary for the CEO
- Organise extensive international and domestic travel itineraries for the CEO and Executive team
- Build and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders globally
- Prepare board meetings and reading materials
- Prepare/edit and fact check documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, events, banker and investor roadshows
- Manage global conferences for CEO, including registrations and presentations
- Project management
- Extensive file organisation
- Support the Board and leadership team as required

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
- We are looking for a dynamic and agile person with exceptional organisational skills
- High level Microsoft Office skills
- High level interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle various time zones
- Knowledge or experience in a medical or human sciences field is preferable
- Ability to work autonomously and within a broader team
- Strong and thorough understanding of the English language
- Current valid Australian Passport
- Ability to travel
