Financial Planner Southport
- Full support with constant leads & work from home options
- Salary up to 120k + comms per year depending on experience. OTE 200k p/a.

**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor to embrace ever further growth, working alongside our expert Advisors who share over 40 years of combined experience.

You will develop holistic strategies for our clients with the scope of advice being predominantly around superannuation and insurance.

We embrace digital technology, so you spend more time making money and less time on travel and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- 100% of business is conducted over the phone and through digital online client meetings
- Provide strategic and holistic financial advice to new clients.
- Maintain and deliver an excellent client experience to maximise retention and client referral
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure recommendations are executed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain technical and comprehensive knowledge of current compliance requirements
- Liaise with paraplanners and admin support and provide direction when needed
- Continue to grow a portfolio of clients with a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Minimum KPI of 5 new business SOAs per week.

**About you**
You will be a financially motivated individual with exceptional time management skills who thrives on exceeding goals and making some serious money.

This is a KPI driven role that will require commitment and at time long hours.

You will effortlessly build rapport with our clients and your support team, whilst you enjoy working with a wider collaborative team and driven company directors.

You will hold the following;
- Listed on ASIC's Financial Adviser Register & RG146
- On track to meet FASEA education requirements by 01/01/2026.
- Passed FASEA exam and tertiary education in related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a financial adviser/planner
- Experience providing advice on superannuation and insurance
- Strong understanding of financial planning compliance and regulations
- Proven phone manner, professionalism, and sales experience
- Financially motivated and prepared to take calls during the evenings

**This is a high-energy role, with the opportunity to grow a substantial ongoing revenue stream.**

- Set Appointments provided with a warm handover with fact find/super research completed
- Long-term incentive to take a percentage of your book as an ongoing service business of your own
- Salary up to 120k + comms per year depending on experience. Over 200k p/a for right person
