We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of our digital assortment by sourcing and onboarding third-party brands into our drop ship program. This role is both strategic and hands-on, curating partnerships that strengthen our brand identity while delivering commercial impact.
As the key link between external brand partners and our internal teams, you'll manage the full onboarding lifecycle - from brand selection through to product setup and go-live - ensuring a seamless experience for both our partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source third-party brands and products that align with our customer profile, brand values, and visual identity.
- Evaluate potential partners to ensure they complement our vertical product lines without creating overlap or internal competition.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new brand partners joining the drop ship program.
- Act as the central point of contact for brand partners throughout onboarding and early-stage trading.
- Coordinate product setup, pricing, imagery, and logistics integration in partnership with eCommerce and digital production teams.
- Ensure partners meet all requirements, including service levels, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain scalable onboarding documentation and workflows.
- Collaborate with buying, planning, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure new brands are set up to trade effectively.
- Monitor onboarding progress, proactively resolving roadblocks and reporting status to key stakeholders.
- Support early trading performance post-launch to ensure smooth handover and long-term partner success.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of our drop ship program and partner experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven commercial insight with the ability to evaluate brand fit, product performance, and margin opportunities.
- Experience in brand curation, sourcing, or partnerships, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain accountable partner relationships.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end onboarding processes with attention to detail and operational accuracy.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce workflows, product data requirements, and platform processes.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with buying, digital, operations, and customer service teams.
- Clear and professional communication, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.
