What You'll Do

• Identify and secure partnerships with industry leaders, cultural organisations, and community groups
• Build and manage a vibrant CRM of partners, sponsors, and opportunities
• Negotiate and manage MOUs, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
• Coordinate partnership programs, events, and work experience placements
• Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials in line with our brand and Islamic values
• Maintain strong, ongoing engagement with partners and represent the school at events

• A skilled networker with strong business acumen and proven partnership or business development experience
• Exceptional communicator and negotiator with a creative, solutions-focused mindset
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and relationships at once
• Understanding of educational environments and our Islamic Faith
