We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead a small team and accelerate customer acquisition through smart, creative, and measurable partnerships.
This is a performance-focused marketing role. You'll move beyond traditional collaborations to uncover new audience opportunities through groups, lifestyle brands, and emerging digital channels.
You'll bring both creativity and commercial focus. You'll spot opportunities, build relationships, and turn them into results. You'll lead and mentor a small team, lifting capability and structure while driving growth.
What you'll do
- Lead the partnership marketing strategy from idea to execution across acquisition and retention.
- Identify and secure new partners across lifestyle, digital, and community networks.
- Grow and manage existing partnerships with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Review results, optimise campaigns, and guide budget allocation.
- Collaborate with digital, brand, and creative teams on multi-channel activations.
- Coach and support a small team to build accountability and efficiency.
- Track and report on key metrics to guide ongoing improvement.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, partnerships, or growth.
- Proven record delivering measurable growth through partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital and social marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with confidence in reporting and optimisation.
- Skilled at relationship building, pitching, and negotiation.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
- Organised, curious, and commercially minded.
