Bianco Precast has been a specialist precast concrete manufacturer since 2000. We are seeking to appoint a Despatch Coordinator for our Civil & Drainage division located at Wingfield SA.

We have a strong reputation for excellence in customer service, and supply of quality precast concrete, ductile iron and PVC products for the civil, drainage and plumbing industries.

The successful applicant will need to be responsible, accountable and committed and can work individually or as part of a team with a strong focus on customers and meeting delivery requirements.

Key attributes and skills required include:

  • previous experience working within a despatch department preferably within the civil industry.
  • load restraint experience and a valid forklift licence.
  • previous experience working with freight companies and transport drivers.
  • computer skills, in particular using Microsoft Excel and Outlook would be an advantage.
  • ability to communicate and coordinate with both customers and suppliers.
  • ability to work both individually and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • the ability to deliver friendly, fast and efficient customer service.

Specific training will be provided in Precast - Civil & Drainage and use of our internal stock control programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic & possess the ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment in these fast-paced and challenging roles individually and as part of a team.
