The company provides Third Party Logistics services in materials handling, storage, dispatch and logístical coordination across a **diverse range of consumer products and materials with varying physical attributes**. Agility and the ability to adapt to the individual and specific logistics needs of its prestigious and high-profile “Blue Chip” clients is ensuring continuing expansion and success in securing and servicing new clients.

An additional position has been created for an experienced **Warehouse & Distribution Operative or senior Store Person to lead a Team of dedicated operatives to service a select group of customers**. You will have the opportunity to further develop process efficiency, issue work instructions and monitor workloads to achieve dispatch timelines and transport schedules. You will Lead-by-Example in maintaining activity rates, **streamline materials handling processes to minimize physical movement and prioritise and allocate tasks in a hands-on manner**.

We are seeking energetic individuals who have experience from within **product handling, warehousing and logistics environments** who can work with, engage and inspire distribution operatives and step up to team leader responsibilities. Your experience with **repetitious fast-pick systems and a diverse range of products with different physical constraints** and competent skills in computer based inventory control and logistics handling and reporting systems will set you apart. **A Fork Lift licence and your ability to demonstrate efficient, practical work procedures** and achieve high output and accurate on-time fill rates through your team will underpin your suitability and career progression.
