**Term full-time vacancy up to 17/10/2025.**

The Despatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating despatch and logístical services within SAPOL and for external postage and courier services. It includes general supervision of the activities of the Despatch Assistants and the monitoring of systems and finances to ensure the provision of a responsive and efficient despatch service.

**Special Conditions**
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent must be able to start 7am approx.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
- Valid drivers license
- Some manual handling requirements are required

**Salary**
ASO3 - $67,589 - $72033 per annum.
