About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager with a strong technical background and proven leadership in the Managed Services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft services, and on-site support, as well as leading technical teams in dynamic client environments.

This is a growth opportunity — the successful candidate will transition into an IT Operations Manager role within 6–12 months, taking on a senior leadership position within our operations division.

  1. Key Responsibilities

  2. Oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT services across multiple client environments.

  3. Manage and mentor a team of IT technicians and engineers to ensure service excellence.
  4. Perform hands-on technical work including network configuration, server administration, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
  5. Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through execution and completion.
  6. Manage and maintain client infrastructure environments, ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance.
  7. Oversee Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Azure) and ensure best practices in administration and security.
  8. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and service standards aligned with industry best practices.
  9. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define IT strategies and solutions that meet business objectives.
  10. Ensure all incidents, requests, and projects are managed within SLA targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory:
    Minimum
    5+ years of hands-on experience
    in IT service delivery within a
    Managed Services Provider (MSP)
    or
    IT services company
    .
  • Proven technical expertise in:
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure)
  • Endpoint configuration, hardware setup, and on-site installations
  • Backup, storage, and security solutions
  • Strong project management experience — ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
  • Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
  • Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), CompTIA Network+/Security+, or ITIL.
  • Experience with RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and PSA tools used in MSP environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration, cybersecurity, and modern workplace solutions.
