About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team You will optimise the performance of the properties under management including maximising rental income, controlling expenditure and completing negotiations as well as timely reporting to clients.

A snapshot of the day-to-day duties:

  • Liaising with landlords/ tenants being a key point of contact

  • Managing leasing arrangements and critical dates

  • Property inspections

  • Reporting

  • Attending internal/ external meetings

  • Maintenance of the financial and legal aspects of the portfolio using the JLL Property Management system

  • Authorising accounts and invoices for payment

  • Working closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implementing future process improvements

What are we looking for:

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated property professional, and hold a strong attention to detail. You also have knowledge of the commercial market with good financial acumen and exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property with good financial acumen
  • Has a reputation for providing friendly, timely and effective service towards clients, tenants, and contractors

  • Well presented and professional

  • Ability to make decisions and implement within the bounds of delegated authority

  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of property functions, including accrual accounting

  • Ability to use time and resources effectively

  • Ability to be flexible to meet the business and client needs
