Your Role:

This position is ideal for someone who excels in maintaining high-performing portfolios while actively pursuing new leasing opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and nurturing an existing portfolio of up to 110 properties with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Directly reporting to the Principal with regular updates on portfolio performance and growth initiatives
  • Participating in regular training sessions with our Business Development Manager to refine your approach
  • Liaising directly with our trust account team to ensure accurate financial management and reporting
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
  • Leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build trust with existing landlords and attract new clients
  • Utilizing your expertise in property management software (PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, etc.) to optimize efficiency
  • Minimizing arrears and overseeing maintenance, with support from our dedicated teams

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong ability to maintain and grow a portfolio
  • Experience in communicating with trust account teams and understanding financial processes
  • Comfort with direct reporting to senior management and providing regular performance updates
  • A track record or strong interest in business development and leasing growth
  • Proficiency in property management software (PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, or similar)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Japanese language skills or background are a strong plus – bilingual abilities (English/Japanese) are ideal for connecting with our diverse clientele
