About the role
As a Restaurant Manager at McDonald's in Townsville, QLD, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant. In this full-time role, you will ensure exceptional customer service, maximise profitability, and lead your team to success.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and motivate a team of crew members to deliver high-quality service and products
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, control costs, and improve efficiency
- Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and development opportunities for your team

What we're looking for
- Must have minimum of 2 years retail job experience. For Diploma-qualified candidate a minimimum of 1 year Retail job experience.
