Are you an accomplished restaurant or café manager with a passion for coffee and providing outstanding customer service? If so, we want you to become a part of our Zarraffa's family

As the Store Manager of Zarraffa's Townsville, you will oversee the daily operations and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the quality of food and drinks, leading the recruitment and development of our team members, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least three years of restaurant/café management experience, with a focus on coffee and customer service.
  • A proven ability to manage staff and budgets efficiently.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team and create a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A deep passion for coffee and a thorough understanding of the customer service industry.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare weekly work schedules within labour budgets and manage staff absences.
  • Control expenses and identify ways to decrease operational costs.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies.
  • Address customer feedback regarding food quality and customer service.
  • Identify strategies to retain and attract customers.
  • Lead shift management and create a positive atmosphere for customers and employees.
  • Ensure the highest standards of product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate business records.
  • Foster open communication within the business.
