About You

We're seeking passionate, hands-on leaders with McDonald's (or QSR/fast food) experience and a strong customer and team focus.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in McDonald's or a similar fast-paced QSR environment
  • Strong operations, team management and coaching skills
  • Familiarity with McDonald's systems including RDM, QSC&V, and compliance
  • Great communication, personal presentation, and people leadership
  • A focus on procedures, safety, and delivering consistent service
  • A collaborative approach and desire to grow within a multi-store group

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and uphold QSC&V standards
  • Lead teams to hit KPIs and achieve performance goals
  • Coach and develop staff using McDonald's core systems
  • Execute marketing campaigns and new initiatives effectively
  • Manage compliance with McDonald's and workplace legislation
  • Lead staffing, engagement, and succession planning
  • Ensure workplace safety is upheld in all operations
