  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations

  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service

  • Assist in managing schedules, labor costs, and shift planning

  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies and food

  • Help maintain financial targets by controlling costs and optimizing efficiency

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development

  • Uphold company policies and standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation

  • Lead by example and foster a positive and productive team environment

This is a full time position with immediate start, Tuesday to Saturday.
