Role Description

We're seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join our team on a part-time OR contract basis. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our
Senior Leadership Team
and play a key part in shaping our people strategy as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and operational roles.
  • Learning & Development:
    Coordinate training programs and support professional development initiatives.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    Maintain HR compliance records and ensure alignment with WA employment law.
  • HR Operations:
    Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR administration.
  • Strategic HR Input:
    Work closely with SLT to align HR practices with Sat One's growth objectives.

About You

  • Knowledge and expertise in HR policies and Human Resources practices.
  • Experience handling Employee Relations and Performance Management.
  • Strong understanding of labour and employment law.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and act with integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, systems, and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
