Reporting to our Human Resources Manager, this role has diverse responsibility implementing human resources solutions. As a team player working as part of collaborative team, you will be integral in embedding the HR strategy and providing HR guidance and support to internal client groups to add value to their operations. Offering a full time permanent opportunity, with flexible working arrangements across both Joondalup and West Perth locations.

What will you be doing?
- Active partnering with the business to create and drive plans to embed an achievement culture with a member focus
- Delivering advice and solutions covering multiple and complex areas of human resources to employees and leaders
- Attending relevant meetings to keep abreast of and anticipate issues relating to potential change and provide advice to leaders on effective management of changes impacting team members
- Contributing to planning activities as they are introduced to the business and annually thereafter
- Advising and influencing leaders on use of HR processes, timeframes and expectations to ensure quality and consistent outcomes

What are we looking for?
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Strong relationship management, consulting, influencing and facilitation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within an outcomes-based team
- Demonstrated experience, understanding and commitment to best practice human resources policies and practices
- Solid theoretical and operational understanding of employment law
- Experience undertaking workplace investigations and maintaining confidentiality about such activities
- Ability to respond to a busy workload and delivery of objectives to deadlines
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource or related discipline
