What the Role Involves:
As a Systems Support Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for business systems users, managing and supporting our primary CRM (Salesforce) and other critical organisational systems. You'll help ensure our systems improve our efficiency and add value to the quality of our work and impact on people's lives.
You'll assist to ensure training resources and user guides meet user needs, assist in reporting and data analysis capability, troubleshoot day to day issues.
Other role responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and supporting the use and application of relevant systems including data hygiene, dashboarding, and report creation.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure system oversight and robust training and guidance materials for users.
- System troubleshooting and liaising with external providers for updates and support.
- Assisting development projects to enhance system capability

Please note: This role is a permanent role offering part-time hours (3 days per week).
About You:
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years' system administration, user support, or IT service delivery experience.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft 365 and familiarity with database management.
- Strong understanding of system processes, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively across teams, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

- Must either hold or be eligible to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
