Job Description

BESIX Watpac is seeking a Systems Administrator to facilitate improved business outcomes through the support, maintenance, and enhancement of key technology solutions

This role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Microsoft 365, AWS cloud, and on-premises infrastructure to ensure system reliability.
  • Managing upgrades, patches, and licence renewals across core platforms.
  • Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and providing escalation support to the Service Desk team.
  • Developing user guides and technical documentation to improve system processes.
  • Assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
Qualifications

The incumbent in this role will require:

  • Degree in Information's Technology or related field desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Systems Administration.
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience, required.
  • Amazon Web Services knowledge or certification desirable.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
