Highland Property Agents is Sutherland Shire's most highly respected and innovative real estate agency. Established since 2007 with just 6 team members, we now have over 200 staff and 8 thriving offices based across NSW and QLD. We have an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional people skills, account management and follow up skills to manage one of our Sutherland Shire portfolios. This position is based in the newly Parc building, a stunning office in the heart of Cronulla.

We are looking for an
organised and confident
candidate who can work well under pressure and has
strong conflict resolution skills
to join our Property Team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time position working within a very fast-paced environment.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To

  • Day to day running of desk; managing owners, tenants and administration
  • Portfolio management of 170 using PropertyMe
  • Working amongst an experienced team of PM's that offer support to each other
  • Conducting regular routine inspections
  • Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Liaising daily with landlords and tenants
  • Working closely with the leasing and new business teams
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Managing electronic filing
  • Signing of leases
  • Follow company procedures to a high standard and provide second to none customer service

  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working well under pressure
  • Confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Must be presentable
