**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver comprehensive training and strategic support to empower teams for proactive action and success in their roles.
- Develop and deliver training sessions online, at Head Office or onsite as directed by the Head of Department.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to design role-specific, self-paced training options and support materials.
- Ensure all training and support provided contributes to positive outcomes in Property Management awards.
- Support onboarding of new franchises with training sessions and ongoing training.
- Maintain written letter plans in the Property Management & Escapes Academy library for training sessions.
- Support Minimum standards in all discussions with team members and management.
- Travel as required to deliver training predominantly within VIC and SA.
- Collaborate with Head of Department to review and establish minimum performance standards.
- Assist in creating and delivering communication content to agencies.
- Advocate for a consultative approach, encouraging PM to see themselves as advisors.
- Support participation in PM awards and conferences.
- Schedule regular group training sessions in alignment with goals.
- Reinforce learnings and process changes resulting from feedback.
- Keep ahead of local PM trends and technology advancements.
- Work with the Head of Department to uphold the Belle Property | Hockingstuart vision and deliver exceptional support to all agencies.

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Previous experiences in training, support or Property Management roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within VIC, SA and potentially other states if required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
