Job Description

We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our high-performing dealership. As a Sales Manager at NB Automotive, you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring that every customer experience reflects our brand's core values. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base, achieving sales targets, and maintaining exceptional operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicles and automotive sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional presentation and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driver's licence.
