As Assistant Manager – Used Cars, you will:

• Support the Used Car Manager in driving sales and achieving departmental targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximise performance.
• Oversee vehicle merchandising, presentation, and lot organisation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.

• Experience in automotive sales, 2+ years, preferably in used cars.
• Leadership or supervisory experience, with a passion for coaching and developing staff.
• Strong communication, and organisational skills.
• Results-driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
