**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Your main goal will be to gain specifications from architects and designers for commercial and high-end residential projects.

**Other tasks**:

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling
- Prepare and present proposals to prospects and existing customers
- Maintain regular contact with tier-1 and 2 architecture and design firms
- Manage your day-to-day to achieve set activity targets
- Attend events and exhibitions to stay up-to-date on industry trends

- Experience gaining specifications through architects and designers
- Demonstrable success selling quality interior products
- Knowledge of Hubspot or a comparable CRM system to manage contacts, your pipeline & activities

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- An active network of architect and designer contacts, especially at tier-1 and 2 firms
